Returns & Exchanges Policy (United States)

At purepixxi, the health, hygiene, and safety of our customers—especially children—are our top priority. Because our products include earrings, which are considered personal and hygiene-sensitive items, we enforce strict return and exchange requirements.

Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.


Return & Exchange Eligibility Window

  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must meet all eligibility conditions outlined below
  • Requests submitted outside the 30-day window will not be accepted

Earrings & Hygiene Policy (Strictly Enforced)

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are eligible for return or exchange only if they are completely unused and remain sealed in their original blister packaging with the Tyvek sterilization paper fully intact.

To be eligible:

  • Earrings must not have been worn
  • Earrings must remain sealed in the original capsule
  • The Tyvek sterilization paper must be unbroken, intact, and untampered
  • All original packaging must be included and undamaged

If the capsule packaging has been opened, or if the Tyvek paper is broken, removed, or compromised in any way, the item is not eligible for return or exchange.

This policy exists to protect our customers and is non-negotiable.


Returns (Refunds)

Eligible Returns

  • Must meet all hygiene and packaging requirements
  • Must be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Must be authorized before being sent back

Return Shipping Fee

  • A $9.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund
  • This fee covers return shipping and handling
  • The return shipping fee is non-refundable

By initiating a return, you acknowledge and agree that the $9.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original outbound shipping fees (if paid) are non-refundable
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges on eligible items to help you get the right product.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must meet all hygiene and packaging requirements
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • One exchange per order may be permitted at our discretion

Exchange Shipping Fees

  • Return shipping is waived for exchanges
  • Outbound shipping for the replacement item follows our standard shipping rates and free shipping thresholds
  • If the replacement order qualifies for free shipping, no outbound shipping fee will be charged
  • If the replacement order does not meet the free shipping threshold, standard shipping fees apply

This structure allows us to offer fair exchanges while maintaining safe and sustainable operations.


Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Earrings that have been worn
  • Earrings with opened, damaged, or missing Tyvek sterilization seals
  • Items returned outside the 30-day window
  • Items not in original packaging
  • Sale or promotional items marked final sale
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue
  • Do not dispose of the item or packaging until instructed

Approved defective or damaged items will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost.


Children’s Use Disclaimer

purepixxi's earrings are designed as fashion accessories and are intended for use by children aged 6 years and older under adult supervision.

All return and exchange eligibility requirements apply regardless of the intended wearer.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at orders@purepixxi.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return or exchange

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.


Refused or Ineligible Returns

Items returned that do not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy:

  • Will not be refunded
  • May be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense or disposed of for hygiene and safety reasons
