We want you to feel completely confident ordering. If something isn't right, we make it right. Here's exactly how it works.
Our 30-day promise
If your daughter doesn't love her earrings, for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full. No restocking fees. No return shipping charges.
How returns work
- Email with your order number and the reason for your return.
- If the earrings are unworn and still in their original packaging, we'll email you a prepaid return label at our cost and refund you in full.
- If your daughter has already worn them, or her ears reacted, there's no need to send them back. For hygiene reasons we'd rather you keep or dispose of them, and we'll still refund you in full.
Refunds
- Issued to your original payment method, for the full amount you paid, including original shipping.
- Processed within 5 to 10 business days once your return is confirmed.
Exchanges
- Prefer a different style or size? We're happy to exchange within 30 days of delivery, and we cover shipping both ways. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged or defective items
- If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We'll replace or refund it in full at no cost. Please keep the item and packaging until we've been in touch.
A few things to know
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- This 30-day promise covers your satisfaction. Separately, every purepixxi earring carries a lifetime guarantee against craftsmanship defects and material failure.
